<p>On January 20th, 2015, 16 month old Kaden Payne was brutally beat with blunt force trauma and was killed. The mother's boyfriend is now facing charges and awaiting trial. We, as Kaden’s family, are now trying to turn a negative situation into a positive situation for another child. We want to be Kaden’s voice. At a very young age Kaden could not use his voice to tell us he was being physically abused. It would only have taken one person to have had spoken up, and have saved his life.We would like to pursue a bill that would become a law, under Kaden’s name. The basic premise would be if someone is accused of involuntary manslaughter and/or murder that the person being held responsible bond cannot be reduced. And set, at least at a million dollars.</p>
