<p>We need to keep Jim Macdonald because he is a strong influence on the avenues employees and customers. Jim has made customers and employees feel secure in that they believe they are a part of the store. He is an amazing boss and makes you feel at home in the store. He helps everyone with any issues that come up. His generosity and his kind heart makes it impossible to allow him to leave this store.
