<p>Verizon Wireless has proposed a 144ft. monopole that is to be installed to the rear of Prince of Peace church. I, along with a few of your neighbors, felt that the notification process prior to this install was inadequate. This is partly due to the fact that there was no formal notification, aside from a small sign placed on Token Forest Dr.</p><p>The purpose behind this petition is two fold. The first being an appropriate notification so that all home owners are sufficiently informed. The second is allowing home owners the ability to object to this installation. If there is an objection, the next Board of County Supervisors meeting is March 15th at 7pm, and it is advised that you attend.</p><p>I'm going to borrow from the County Planning website for the next few sentences. The proposal includes the installation of the 144ft. monopole along with a separate fenced in compound that will house the communication equipment. It will be down the gravel road and parking lot to the rear of the church. I'm not an expert at reading plans, but I've attached a few Google photos with where I believe the pole will be installed along with the plan itself. The lease of the land will be for five years with an annual agreement of $26,400 payable to the church.</p>
