<p>Jerry Jones has held the reigns long enough as GM for his beloved Dallas Cowboys. In fantasy land, I'd suggest a new/third party GM be hired from outside of the Deathstar's central command. However, we are not in fantasy land, we are still in the Kung-fu grip of the sport tycoon Mr Jerry Jones. </p><p> </p><p>Millions of Dallas Cowboys fans have had enough, Jerry. By getting this petition signed I hope to bring awareness directly to you, Mr. Jones. We cannot take this any longer!!!</p><p> </p><p>Please, for the sanity of your fans, Mr. Jones, allow your daughter and confidant Charlotte Jones Anderson the role of General Manager and Director of Player Personnel. She, of all your children, has cemented your brand worldwide as the most dominant and profitable sporting empire in mediocre years of 8-8... I'm pretty sure she can do a better job than yourself and Stephen combined in the roles of Director of Player Personnel and General Manager. Those are the only 2 (two) roles I am asking she tske over in this petition and for yourself and Stephen to give up. Please, you have earned the right as CEO/Owner to basque in the glory of your teams successess, however you must be confident enough to know when your time has come to an end as a leader in markets which are beyond your scope of management. Lets face it, Stephen has not made successful acquisitions nor parlayed his supposed expertise of Director of Player Personnel to your standard; which would be a Super Bowl. And, for God's sake, Mr. Jones, make the difficult stride forward in your latter years to see your dynasty become winners again, as they should be.</p><p> </p><p>In addition to forging a new path for the success of your team, you will be making waves within the corporate world by promoting the first female led General Manager in the NFL; a welcomed and long overdue title befitting a woman in the 21st century. If anyone is up to the task, Mr. Jones, it's your daughter. </p><p> </p><p>I beg you, with this petition, to remove yourself from the role of General Manager of the Dallas Cowboys as well as remove your son Stephen Jones as Director of Player Personnel and promote your daughter, Charlotte Jones Anderson, to the aforementioned roles.</p><p> </p><p>Quid pro quo, Mr. Jones.</p>
