<p>If like me, you are sick of our local council constantly granting planning permission to allow more companies to build student accommodation in every part of our city centre. I have no problem with our two great Universities investing more within giving their students the best places to live, especially Coventry University as it is in the heart of the city, but what I do protest is that permission is being granted too often by the council. Which in turn is shrinking any land that could be redeveloped to benefit and enhance the city for the use of everyone. It is about time we stood up and say to them no more to over prioritizing the universities over the citizens of the city and yes to improving the city centre with an equal balance of developments.
