Garden Waste Bins

<p>North Somerset council are charging residents for garden waste recycling bins, but the cost we are told is to register our property for collection of garden waste. The bins are Not ours and we cannot take them to another property if we move. &nbsp;Why should we pay for these bins if they are not ours and "belong to the property" ? &nbsp;Support this petition to request North Somerset Council either scrap the charge for the bins (&pound;25) or give ownership to those who have paid the "registration" fee.</p>
