<p>Petition in Support of Rick Wimmer</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Rick Wimmer has been a teacher and football coach for 39 years, the past 11 years at Fishers High School.&nbsp; &nbsp;He is an outstanding head coach; his record includes leading Fishers to its first-ever State Football Championship in 2010.&nbsp;&nbsp; More importantly, he has been a positive influence and mentor to thousands of student athletes at Fishers High School and through his work with the youth football programs.&nbsp; Coach Wimmer has instilled the values and principles of hard work, respect and discipline year and year.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Coach Wimmer has also tirelessly helped students off the field raising money for scholarships and philanthropic endeavors.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Coach Wimmer was involved in a classroom incident and is currently on administrative leave.&nbsp; He has earned the right to be treated with fairness, dignity and respect.&nbsp; The purpose of this petition is to show support for Coach Wimmer and to encourage HSE Schools Superintendent Dr. Allen Bourff and the HSE School Board to reinstate Coach Wimmer and allow him to resume his responsibilities at Fishers High School as both a teacher and Head football coach.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please join the overwhelming support for Coach Wimmer by signing this petition.
