<p>"<strong>Our land matters</strong>Our" is movement to save guard the property rights of the indigeneous family" Beauperthuy's of St. <strong>Martin/</strong> St. Maarten" from the French colonial powers. &nbsp;The Beauperthuys of St. Martin/ St. Maarten were given notarial deed dating back from the 1930's &nbsp;and have occupied the property for over 150 yrs. &nbsp;The French have gathered a group of familes unknown to those on St. Martin claiming lineage to an 1861 family member " Pierre Daniel Beauperthuy" . So in 1973 others living in France, Canada and Guadeloupe started court action against the St. Martin family. The lawyers and justice system has dragged on these proceedings in court over 41 yrs to present &nbsp;. Court appoints 3 administators where a recent decidion to auction all properties below market value price for special interest groups outside the island of St. Martin, in the France Antilles-Guadeloupe. The current heirs on St. Martin received from the Marshall their notification to to evacute / return the property to its natural state , having &nbsp;15 days to respond to the courthouse in Guadeloupe.</p><p>This property is registered as AW 59 " Boo Boo Jam area" to be auction at 341,000 euro.</p><p>&nbsp;The second point is that our Uncle Louis Beauperthuy left in his Will property for future development of a new Bettany home for senior citizens and is not able to forsee his wishes benefit the community of St. Martin. The french administration is auctioning off properties without having title and arranging new titles to the foreign buyers.. Meanwhile other local families that have built their properties on same Beauperthuy land (Spring) cannot obtain title to date.</p><p>Our land matters.
