<p><strong>To: Florida State Senate</strong></p><p>We ask that you rescind your laws currently banning glass pipes and bongs in Florida State.</p><p>Most Florida residents do not agree with Bill 49 because it stops people from having the ability to express themselves. Glass blowing is actually considered to be an art and many artists live off their glass blowing artwork. We cannot let the government have the capacity to take away a person’s right to freedom of expression.</p><p>The punishments imposed are not necessary. The government considers possession or the use of what they may believe to be “drug paraphernalia a Felon. This means, an individual will lose their right to vote because they will be a convicted Felon, even if they only possessed a brand new and unused glass pipe or bong.</p><p><strong>We have a plan to put an end to this constitutionally unethical bill.</strong></p><p>All American citizens need to let the authorities understand that we will no longer continue to let them take our rights away and that we are going to stand up for our rights. We believe in the 10th Amendment which says the Federal Government has only been given the ability to pass laws on problems that Constitution has authority and control over.</p><p><strong>Join us!
