<p>Please take your time to help support Caley and let your voice be heard. Caley is a senior at RHS who recently fell to controversy over a tweet she posted to social media stating her opinion on the low voter turn out for the Novemeber election. In response to a tweet from a teacher at the High School Caley responded with a tweet "When only 10 percent of Revere votes for mayor cause the other 90 percent isn't legal," her political opinion in which no racial or cultural offense was meant in the process of her thought. The school has punished Caley for doing so by not allowing her to participate in the cheerleading team for the remainder of the school year!!!! Though the school is trying to state other reasons also came into play it is very obvious that any reason for her social probation is connected to the original tweet which she posted. Please show support for Caley who is in her senior year and has been part of this cheering team through out here entire time at RHS by signing this petition and showing officials where we stand on this issue !!!! Illegal activity has no race or culture attached to it nor should it be ok a school official took a stand for students who were offended because there parents are Illegal the message being sent here doesn't seem one of moral value and in the meantime a student is missing out on what should be some of her most memorable times in high school PLEASE SIGN IN SUPPORT FOR CALEY !!!</p>
