<p>The signatures in this petition represent the opinion that our COBIA stock in the Gulf of Mexico and particularly in the panhandle coastal region is in immediate need of attention. We as a collective group of concerned anglers are requesting that the STATE OF FLORIDA consider a regulatory modification given the possibility that this area may be experiencing the effects of localized depletion.</p>
