PA has a renter who victimizes home owners.

HERE are the testimonials of 3 of 9 distressed & victimized landlords. Your signatures are crucial. Financial support is appreciated but no pressure at all.

Three families move in to a house rented to only one family. Mom/Dad, Daughter husband in common law & kids, Brother with girlfriend or at times alone & Uncle. People on lease (mom/dad) pose to be a successful contractor, a half truth. Then two months later claims to be a Social Security recipient before the court and to have had a heart attack, or the like, is in poverty a poverty stricken situation and fights eviction via a civil appeal (in most of the 9 cases); gets free legal aid and court fees waived. They know what's going to happen from the beginning: Premeditated - §3922 Theft by Deception.

They target desperate and financially hurting landlords so that he can prolong the case from 1-2 years because they are caught off guard and while undergoing financial hardship.

In most cases he lives in the rented house for at least a year, pays approximately only 4 months for each trial. He knows how to stretch his time out with all sickly excuses and then leaves the house without warning, destroyed, doors wide opened in the middle of winter and furnace bone dried.

While living in there, the families destroy the properties of the landlords to the tune of $20,000-$35,000 including $2-3,000 in cleanup expenses by leaving a minimum of two container loads of garbage scattered throughout for the Landlord to clean up. Rubbish - §6501 Scattering Rubbish.

The family helps themselves to anything locked in the shed, build up brand new BBQ grills that don't even belong to them, take tools with them when they move, etc. - §3503 Criminal trespass.

Within 7 consecutive years these families has systematically victimized 9 landlords. They know the time lapses, buy time buy claiming they'll pay rent and when that wears out often successfully appeal any successful evictions.

Betting that it is difficult to turn a civil case into a criminal and betting that the landlords are emotionally upset and unfocused. Landlords try to give the family on the lease a fighting chance while being deceived. In doing so, these families buy enough time to live in these premises for long periods of time.

In the aftermath, they know that landlords eventually want to get on with their lives after cleaning up and dealing with the disaster. They then move on without a forwarding address and goes under radar. They don't resurface for another 1.5 years if these landlords have the stamina to even follow it up.

Then, on to the next victim they go. Let's stop this mockery against both the system and the people right away. Enable us to raise awareness and take this to Washington. This must change.

If you believe that each adult in this setting is responsible for the what they have done and if you believe it is a crime and should be punished according to the crimes mentioned above (possibly others and/or more) PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.

Thank you.
