<p>The Cooper Hall at USF is a building that most students will have at least one class in at their time at USF. Cooper Hall is vital to our classes but it is extremely outdated and is taking away from the overall learning experience and beauty of USF. We propose that Cooper Hall be completely renovated and larger to include more windows, outlets for technology, new desks, and more. We want USF students to enjoy their experience and we can do this by completing renovating Cooper Hall to match the demands of students today. </p>
