<p>Fiserv has been unable to provide a level of service that meets our expectations as clients. The lack of reliability with products like Mobiliti, Retail Online, and Business Online have caused loss of business, clients complaints, and impacts our bank's reputation.</p><p>By electronically signing below you are requesting that Fiserv allocate whatever resources necessary to provide electronic services to their financial institution clients that meet or exceed a 99% up-time. In addition, you are requesting that Fiserv provide transparent reports of the cause and length of downtime experienced.</p><p>If Fiserv is unable to meet the goals requested above, you are requesting that your financial institution be compensated with a 5% reduction of monthly charges for the particular service each month the goal is not met.</p><p>This petition will be presented to Fiserv's Senior Management at the 2016 Forum. </p>
