<p>The undersigned individuals are submitting this petition to firmly demand that Dr. Susan Aycock and Cynthia Clark Russell, FNP be reinstated to their respective positions at Bladen Medical Associates – Bladenboro NC upon receipt and acceptance of this petition. </p><p>Dr. Aycock and Mrs. Russell have been dedicated providers to the citizens of Bladen and surrounding counties in excess of 25 years individually. These two medical practitioners have provided medical services, advice and shown genuine caring and concern to many thousands of individuals during this course of time. The devastation to the patients they served is overwhelming and unfounded. Patients of these two providers are currently seeking care from physicians NOT associated with Cape Fear Valley Health Systems. </p><p>Your reinstatement of these two providers will assure that their patients remain at their medical home and continue to receive the care they have always valued and received from Dr. Aycock and Mrs. Russell. There is absolutely no replacement for these two individuals and the services they provided. </p>
