Abolishment of child support

<p>I think the child support/DOR&nbsp;system should be Abolished for the simple fact that it contradicts the constitution for (1), and for (2) The government shouldn't have any say so about what goes on between two individuals that have/had dealings with each other, and&nbsp;then for&nbsp;one of them (Mother) decides because there not satisfied with the other ones (Father) efforts, actions, attitude, language, etc. Or just because she&nbsp;CAN run down to the court house&nbsp;an make up or say anything to them (Courts) and they grant her child support because she's saying the father is not doing his job as a father&nbsp;just because she's not happy with him.&nbsp;My reasons for this petition is so that the real father&nbsp;(Like&nbsp;my self and others)&nbsp;that's out here trying to be the best father&nbsp;they can be, but if&nbsp;its not&nbsp;satisfactory for them (kids mother/courts) they're/we're&nbsp;made out to be the bad person/father.&nbsp;An if the father can't or not able to pay the&nbsp;child supports order we/they,.&nbsp;First they take away your drivers license, any other privileges you&nbsp;have, and then&nbsp;send you&nbsp;Jail. Then&nbsp;you wont be able to see your child or children if you have more than one.&nbsp;So, this is why it&nbsp;suggest the Child&nbsp;Support/ DOR should be Abolish.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
