<p>We the undersigned request the Mid Western Regional Council provide running water to the Gulgong and Mudgee Leash Free Dog Parks.</p><p>Both parks have access to council water pipes no more than 5 metres from the park boundary fence, in fact Gulgong Leash Free Dog Park has a water outlet less than 1 metre from the boundary fence.</p>
