<p>WE ASK ONLY RESIDENTS OF CATASAUQUA, PA TO SIGN THIS PETITION FOR FELINE fINISH LINE - CATASAUQUA PA</p><p> </p><p>Feline Finish Line is a 501-c organization that has been in place for many years. Last year someone reported this business that is run by Catherine McCulloch out of her home that has been modified to fit the needs of many cats and kittens. It has been taken to court, then district court and now to the Catasauqua court. They are only granting her 10 cats total of many she has there. The amount is not enough for her to take in as she gets cats and kittens all the time. And so, we ask only residents of Catasauqua, PA to sign this petition in support of Feline Finish Line to continue to nuture and adopt out cats and kittens with more then 10 she was told by the city she could have. </p><p> </p><p>We, the undersigned residents, voters, and taxpayers of the Borough of Catasauqua, have endorsed presenting this petition to compel this Honorable Council to grant Catherine McCulloch permission to opperate her Feline Finish Line to house up to twenty-five (25) cats, as she is performing an invaluable service to the community and maintains a clean and pleasant home in the Borough of Catasauqua.</p>
