<p>The Stollen Angel Law : Anyone who has been charged with the abuse or murder of a child shall be held with no bond. We at PACA (Parents Against Child Abuse) are tired and fed up with seeing the victims and family's of the victims worrying if these people charged will have the opportunity to walk around free untill trail. It's time we as the people speak up and make sure they stay behind bars until they have been proven not guilty in a court of law.</p>
