When you signed your lease, a legal document, did it not say that the building would be ready by August 13, 2016? So, why on September 15, 2016 is the building not 100% done. Did you pay rent for that month? If you answered yes, that violates the lease and you should be awarded some compensation.

How many of you have encountered numerous problems within your apartment complex and your room? Was your bathrooms completely finished? Were there any problems in your bedrooms? How about your kitchen? How many incomplete items must have been replaced within the first week of school? How many of you still have problems with the wifi and with temperature settings in your apartment?

How many of you wanted to use the gym, only to find out its minimal selection of weights and closely placed exercise machines? How many of you actually use the golf simulator? Are there games in the game room? Is the movie theatre even remotely finished? How about the basketball court? The jacuzzis? Tanning bed? Did you have a personal and secure mailbox for the first 3 weeks after moving in? NONE of these are finished 100%. So, why are we paying for it?

WHERE IS THE PAPER IN THE PRINTERS??

Since day 1, the printing house has advertised its grand amenities, great price, and listed many topics describing why they are better than the competing apartment complexes in downtown Binghamton. But being the guinea-pig isn't so great when you're paying full rent and need to constantly worry about the conditions of your apartment complex.

Why on top of all of this, is the Printing House forcing us to pay for our own paper and provide it for the printers in the basement? Does that make sense? No.

Sign this petition if you're fed up and believe the students should speak up.

Something needs to change. Now.
