Winstree Road Cycle Lane

<p>The Focus Team have received a high number of complaints regarding the lack of clear demarcation markings on the new shared space cycle way.&nbsp; Local people have attacked the decision saying:&nbsp; "If anything it's more dangerous as cyclists don't have a designated lane from pedestrians&rdquo;. "Of all locations outside a school should really be a segregated cycle way, only Essex County Council can't see what a mess they have made of this&rdquo;. "They just made a wider path&rdquo;. Residents are also aware that Stanway has 3 schools, a Children's Centre; a Doctors Surgery and Sheltered Accommodation within the immediate area of the Cycle way.
