<p>Racialism is a serious problem today. </p><p>When racism rears its ugly head there is an immediate backlash, but racialism often sneaks by molding itself into simpler and subtler forms of racist thought and action. So while overt and malicious racism still exists, it is important to recognize that it has expanded to include more subtle versions such as modern racism, enlightened racism or racialism.</p><p>There are few programs on television that help us to understand the power of racialism.
